Making the most of a great view…
Our client in Park Rd, west end of Barry wanted to make the most of their fantastic view over the Bristol Channel. We designed & installed a window that made the most of the view as pic highlights above…

As pic above shows, we were instructed to create a sun room construction above the ground floor kitchen. We removed the original conservatory sun room as it did not perform all year round…to hot in Summer, to cold in winter.
By building the above constructed sun lounge our clients can now a peaceful, cosy atmosphere whilst enjoying the wonderful view of Barry Island & the Bristol Channel.
The finished project design is more in keeping with the property & will last a lifetime!

When only the BEST will do…
The first ever energy rated doors, of any type, are from us at Creative. Just two weeks after the British Fenestration Ratings Council (BFRC) introduced the Door Energy Rating scheme, every single Composite Door from us have been registered under the scheme by our specialist fabricator.
Until now our fabricator provided a ‘U value’ certificate for every door. These certificates will be replaced with the consumer recognised energy rating label. All our composite doors have been simulated by the Building Research Establishment, having had this simulation work done already enabled our fabricator to lead with DER registration.
“The BFRC is delighted to announce the UK’s first Door Energy Rating registration in such a short time after the scheme was launched. It’s a remarkable achievement” comments Chris Mayne, General Manager of the BFRC.
